Ayurvedic Treatment for Restoring Eye Vision

In today’s busy lifestyle, many people experience early eyesight issues due to prolonged work hours, insufficient sleep, and constant use of electronic devices. However, Ayurveda offers very simple remedies to remove glasses from your eyes and maintain your eyesight, which can be done at home itself, it does not cost you anything. Do it yourself and if you benefit from it then tell others too.

The Treatment:

Amla Soak: Soak dried Amla in water overnight, filter the water in the morning, and use it to wash your eyes.

Triphala Soak: Soak Triphala in water overnight and use the water for eye wash in the morning.

Cumin-Ghee Mix: Grind cumin and sugar in equal quantities, take regularly with a spoon of ghee.

Cardamom-Fennel Blend: Grind three or four green cardamoms with a spoon of fennel and consume with a glass of milk regularly.

Fennel-Almond-Sugar Candy Mix: Grind a spoon of fennel, two almonds, and half a spoon of sugar candy. Consume with a glass of milk before bedtime.

Almond Soak: Soak six-seven almonds in water overnight, peel, and eat them in the morning.

Desi Ghee Massage: Gently massage the temples with desi ghee for 5-10 minutes daily to improve eyesight.

Carrot Consumption: Carrots, rich in Vitamin A, aid in improving eyesight. Consume regularly or drink its juice.

Mustard Oil Massage: Regularly massage the soles with mustard oil before bedtime.

Green Tea Consumption: Drink two or three cups of green tea throughout the day. The antioxidants in green tea contribute to maintaining healthy eyes.

It is recommended to try one or more of these remedies consistently for better results. These natural practices from Ayurveda provide a holistic approach to eye care, promoting not just visual clarity but overall eye health.
