Many people use earbuds to clean their ears, but this can impact hearing and lead to ear problems. Instead, try these household items for safe ear cleaning:
1. Saltwater
Mix a teaspoon of salt in half a cup of warm water.
Soak a piece of cotton in the mixture and put a few drops in your ears.
Be careful to prevent water from flowing out.
2. Glycerin
Use a dropper to apply a few drops of glycerin in the ears.
Insert clean cotton into the ears.
After some time, remove the cotton and tilt your head slightly to let any remaining liquid drain.
3. Vinegar and Rubbing Alcohol
Mix the same amount of vinegar and rubbing alcohol together.
Put a few drops of the mixture in your ear using cotton.
Vinegar cleans earwax, and rubbing alcohol absorbs any remaining water.
4. Hot Water
Boil water, let it cool, and then put a few drops in the ear with a dropper.
Use cotton for external ear cleaning.
5. Olive Oil
Take Warm olive oil and apply a few drops in the ear.
Place cotton on the ears for ten minutes.
Tilt your head slightly when removing the cotton to allow excess oil to come out.
Alternatively, almond or coconut oil can also be used.
Remember, these methods are gentle and can help clean ears without causing harm.
